my-site.io provides an API-first static hosting service for developers and AI agents. By using our service, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use my-site.io to host, distribute, or link to content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Contains malware, phishing, or other malicious code
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence
- Distributes spam or unsolicited commercial content
- Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Impersonates another person or organization
- Violates the privacy of others
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use my-site.io to:
- Abuse or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other service restrictions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
- Use the service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
4. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates this policy. Artifacts found to be in violation may be taken down immediately without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate your account for repeated or severe violations.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter content hosted on my-site.io that violates this policy, please report it by contacting us at abuse@my-site.io. Include the artifact URL and a description of the violation. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
6. Service Limits
- Free tier: up to 3 active artifacts, 24-hour expiration, rate limits apply
- Pro tier: higher artifact limits, no automatic expiration, increased rate limits
- Maximum artifact size: 5MB per artifact
- All artifacts are subject to rate limiting to ensure fair usage
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
